We’re always available to answer any curly questions you might have. If it turns out we don’t know the answer, we’ll find someone who does. Here’s how you can get in touch with us for general questions, technical help, and learning support.
Please note: along with our learners, our team is on a break and will get back to you when we return, from 13 January. While we usually aim to reply to all enquiries within three working days, we may be a bit delayed in responding. Enjoy the holiday season and we look forward to seeing you online in 2025!

Support Hours
- Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Nights – 6:00pm to 8:30pm
