- Referrals to other applicable UC services (Academic Skills Centre, Student Care etc.)
- Passing on your feedback about a course, staff member, or another learner
- Withdrawals and refunds
Support Hours
- Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Nights – 6:00pm to 8:30pm
