Learner concerns, complaints or grievances
Tuihono UC | UC Online is part of the University of Canterbury, and we welcome learners from throughout Aotearoa New Zealand - and the world!
Your learning experience matters, and we want everyone to be welcome in our online learning community. If you have a concern, complaint, or grievance, there are people who can help you and there is a fair, transparent process to give you a voice.
Read the process
Tuihono UC | UC Online follows the UC processes for complaints and grievances, so please read through the information on the UC website first.
