Formal concern
If you'd like to raise a formal complaint, you can do this via concerns@canterbury.ac.nz. Your concern will now follow the formal UC process.

- All questions about the UC complaint procedures should be sent to the Grievance and Academic Processes Advisors via concerns@canterbury.ac.nz. The Grievance and Academic Processes Advisors can guide you through the complaints procedures and answer any process-related questions.
